About the Role
We are partnering with a well-established, consumer-facing mobile app company operating across multiple international markets to hire a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager.
This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer who enjoys owning campaigns end-to-end, testing aggressively, and scaling acquisition efficiently—while operating in a brand-sensitive, trust-led category. This is an individual contributor role, not people management.
You will work closely with Growth, Data, and Brand stakeholders to build and optimise a full-funnel performance marketing engine across key English-speaking and regional markets.
Key Responsibilities
Own and execute paid user acquisition strategies aligned to growth and efficiency targets
Manage performance channels including Meta, TikTok, Google (UAC), YouTube, App Store Search Ads, and other digital networks
Design market-specific acquisition strategies informed by user behaviour, competition, and positioning
Identify scalable growth opportunities through data-backed hypotheses
Execute campaigns end-to-end: audience strategy, creative inputs, media buying, and optimisation
Plan and run structured A/B tests to improve ROAS, CAC, and scale
Maintain a prioritised testing roadmap based on impact vs effort
Diagnose performance drivers and continuously optimise efficiency
Analyse performance using tools such as AppsFlyer, Google Analytics, Tableau, and internal dashboards
Build clear performance reports and translate insights into actionable recommendations
Partner closely with design and brand teams to develop performance-led creatives
Drive systematic creative testing across formats, hooks, messaging, and markets
Maintain documentation of learnings to institutionalise best practices
Lead small to mid-sized growth initiatives with high autonomy
Operate effectively in a fast-paced, iterative environment
Requirements
Degree in any relevant discipline
3–5 years of hands-on performance marketing / user acquisition experience
SQL experience will be advantageous
Experience using AppsFlyer or similar attribution platforms will be advantageous
Strong execution experience across Meta, TikTok, Google, and mobile app marketing
Experience in consumer apps, subscription products, or mobile-first platforms
Highly analytical, comfortable working with complex datasets
