Client Description
We are partnering with a well-established, consumer-facing mobile application with a strong international footprint to appoint a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager. This role focuses on scaling paid user acquisition across multiple markets in APAC and selected global regions.
Operating in a brand- and trust-sensitive category, the successful candidate will balance growth efficiency with user quality, owning performance outcomes end-to-end across the mobile funnel.
This is an individual contributor role (not people management), ideal for someone who enjoys being deep in data, accounts, and experimentation.
Salary: Base $4000-5500 + VB + AWS
Working hours: HYBRID MON - FRI 9am – 6pm
Key Responsibilities
Performance Strategy & Growth Planning
Own and execute mobile app acquisition strategies aligned with business and growth objectives
Develop market-specific approaches based on user behaviour, competition, and positioning
Identify scalable growth opportunities supported by clear hypotheses and data
Campaign Execution & Optimisation
Manage full-funnel performance campaigns across paid digital and app channels
Run structured A/B testing and experimentation to improve ROAS and CAC
Build and maintain an optimisation roadmap prioritised by impact
Influencer & Performance-Led Partnerships
Execute performance-driven influencer / KOL initiatives focused on acquisition and conversion
Partner with brand stakeholders to align storytelling with performance KPIs
Measure and optimise traffic quality and downstream performance
Analytics & Insights
Analyse campaign performance using mobile attribution and analytics platforms
Build clear insights and recommendations for business stakeholders
Support experimentation and reporting through structured data analysis
Creative & Messaging Excellence
Collaborate closely with design and brand teams on performance-led creatives tailored to local markets
Drive systematic testing across messaging, formats, hooks, and visuals
Capture and institutionalise creative learnings
Project Ownership
Lead small to medium-scale projects with high ownership and minimal supervision
Operate effectively in a fast-paced, iterative environment while maintaining execution quality
Requirements
3–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or user acquisition
Strong exposure to consumer mobile apps or subscription-based products
Proven experience managing paid channels such as Meta, TikTok, Google, and app store platforms
Strong analytical mindset with experience using mobile attribution tools
Structured, hypothesis-driven approach to optimisation and experimentation
Creative sensitivity and understanding of local market nuances
