About the Role


We are on the lookout for a Performance Marketing Executive who is as strategic as they are creative—someone who lives and breathes data, ad performance, and high-converting campaigns. You will lead digital campaign execution across platforms like Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and Taboola, driving quality leads and measurable impact for our flagship MBA, MSc, and professional development programmes.


Your Mission – What You'll Be Doing


🚀 Launch & Optimize Campaigns:



  • Plan and execute multi-channel paid advertising campaigns from concept to conversion.

  • Strategically manage budgets to drive lead volume and maintain optimal cost per acquisition (CPA)


📊 Data-Led Performance:



  • Monitor and analyze campaign metrics using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, and Taboola dashboards

  • Report performance insights and iterate for continuous improvement


🧠 Targeted Creativity:



  • Work with designers and content creators to craft thumb-stopping visuals and compelling ad copy tailored to our audiences

  • Run A/B tests and optimize creatives, landing pages, and calls to action


🧪 A/B Testing & Innovate:



  • Keep ahead of digital trends, algorithm changes, and new formats

  • Champion a test-and-learn approach to scaling campaign success


What We’re Looking For


✔️ Minimum 2 years of proven experience managing performance marketing campaigns, preferably in the education, B2C, or service sectors


✔️ Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and native platforms (e.g., Taboola)


✔️ Strong analytical mindset – confident with numbers, metrics, and dashboards


✔️ Creative thinker with a flair for writing high-converting ad copy


✔️ Goal-oriented & resourceful – thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
