Part-time Social Media & Shopify Assistant

We're a growing premium fashion brand seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Social Media & Shopify Assistant to help manage our online presence and e-commerce operations.

Part-Time Social Media & Shopify Assistant (Singaporeans/PR only)

Location: Singapore (remote/flexible hours)

Position Type: Part-Time

Salary: SGD 1,600/month + CPF

Working Hours: 16–20 hours per week (flexible schedule)

Responsibilities:

●Regularly update and manage our social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)

●Create and update marketing texts, announcements, and promotions

●Upload and maintain product listings on our Shopify store

●Monitor stock levels and flag low-stock or out-of-stock items

●Assist with basic e-commerce tasks and marketing campaigns

●Support with evolving responsibilities in digital marketing, content updates, and store operations as needed

Requirements:

●Singaporean Citizen or Permanent Resident (this role is CPF-contributing)

●Good command of written English

●Familiarity with Shopify and/or social media content creation

●Basic knowledge of digital marketing is a plus

●Proficiency in CapCut, Canva, Shopify and Meta Business is required

●Students and fresh graduates welcome – flexible working hours
