About the Role
This is a light, simple, and consistent operational role — perfect for someone who wants a stable 2-hour daily job.
You will handle order preparation: generating labels, picking items, packing parcels, and dropping them at the last-mile collection point.
Our coffee products are very lightweight, and the workflow is straightforward.
Work Schedule Options
We offer flexibility with three possible schedules:
1️⃣ Daily (including weekends) — 1 PM to 3 PM
2️⃣ Alternate days (including weekends) — 1 PM to 3 PM
3️⃣ Weekdays only — 1 PM to 3 PM
Final schedule will be confirmed based on candidate availability and business volume.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and print shipping labels for daily orders.
Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
Ensure all parcels are properly sealed, labelled, and prepared for dispatch.
Drop off packages at the designated last-mile station.
Keep the packing area clean and organized.
Report any low-stock alerts or issues to the Operations Manager.
Requirements
