Responsibilities
* Prepare and pack stocks and retail items for online and delivery orders. Process orders
* Picking, packing stocks. Maintain online listings, campaigns, pricing
* Respond promptly and positively to queries from customers, suppliers and business partners and follow-up
* Prepare and handle documentation: invoices, purchase orders etc.
* Coordination with merchandising, transport staff
* Monitoring the progress of orders or deliveries undertaken to ensure timely completion
* Assist with other admin related work
* Help with marketing and social media related work
Requirements
* All education levels + ex-offenders welcome. Positive, meticulous and able to work independently
* Good attitude, honest, hardworking
* Singaporean, Malaysian
* Full and/or part-time available
