Overseas Payment Industry Business Development

1. Focus on target industries (such as overseas expansion of catering, unmanned retail, gaming, cross-border e-commerce, and other consumer services), deeply understand customer needs, integrate internal and external resources, and design business cooperation models to promote deep integration between the company's overseas acquiring products and industry clients.

2. Analyze the market size, growth trends, policy environment, and customer pain points of target industries.

3. Customer Needs Discovery: Extract core customer needs through industry reports, customer interviews, and competitor analysis, and deliver our industry solutions.

4. Marketing and expansion of industry clients and customer relationship management.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above from a nationally recognized university, with priority given to majors in international trade, marketing, or finance.

2. At least 3 years of experience in B2B business development, with experience in developing payment or overseas enterprise clients preferred.

3. Possess certain industry resources and be able to quickly reach the decision-making level of target clients.

4. Customer Needs Analysis and Solution Transformation Capabilities: Able to accurately identify customer needs through interviews and data mining, and transform technical product capabilities into tangible business value for customers.

5. Cross-Team Collaboration Capabilities: Able to collaborate efficiently with product development, risk control, and operations departments.

6. Preference will be given to candidates who can use English as a working language.
