While we have established ourselves as a leader in Asia, our current focus is an elite, surgical expansion into the US market. We are currently in a high-touch pilot phase, hand-selecting our first 50 brand advocates to cultivate a community built on authentic trust and peer-to-peer influence.

The Opportunity

As we navigate our high-stakes entry into the US market, we are looking for a Partnerships Enablement Specialist who acts as the bridge between strategy and execution. This isn't a traditional "support" role—you are the engine room of our partner ecosystem.

You will be responsible for equipping our partners with the tools, narratives, and visuals they need to win. From refining our pilot-phase advocate program to streamlining cross-border workflows between Singapore and the US, your goal is to ensure our partners are not just signed, but successfully activated and thriving.


Key Responsibilities

Asset Creation: Develop high-impact pitch decks, playbooks, and case studies tailored specifically for the US market and our first 50 brand advocates.

Operational Excellence: Build and maintain the "source of truth" for revenue performance, retention,

Onboarding & Training: Design the end-to-end journey for new advocates, ensuring they understand the GNAME value proposition and have the resources to represent us authentically.

Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as the "connective tissue" between the organisation and your accounts to ensure brand consistency across all partner touchpoints.

Market Intel: Monitor the competitive landscape in the US domain and tech space to refine our "trust by proxy" messaging.


Who You Are

● The Optimizer: You see a manual process and immediately think of a way to automate or streamline it.

● The Storyteller: You can take complex technical infrastructure (domains/registries) and turn it into a compelling narrative for partners.

● The Global Strategist: You understand the nuances of working across time zones and cultures, specifically the bridge between Asian and North American business styles.

● The Self-Starter: You thrive in a "small crew" environment where you own your projects from ideation to delivery.


Requirements

● 3+ years in Partnerships, Sales Enablement, Account Management, or Marketing Operations

● Proven experience in Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, ideally for a tech or SaaS company expanding into new territories.

● Exceptional communication skills—you can command attention at the drop of a pen.

● Familiarity with the tech ecosystem, ideally in the US territories, and a knack for building "trust-based" marketing programs.

● Excellent verbal and written communication in English as the working language; candidates who can converse in Mandarin are preferred since it would be easier to liaise with stakeholders.
