Order Fulfilment Executive (E-Commerce)

Our Client:

• Instruments Manufacturer

• 5 Days, Office Hours

• Redhill  

• UP $3500 + Performance Bonuses

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer care and product support to enhance brand satisfaction and customer retention

• Manage multi-channel communication platforms such as phone calls, emails, walk-ins and online platforms

• Act as the main point of contact for repairs and returns, coordinating with internal stakeholders for resolution

• Lead content management and order fulfilment for e-commerce platform

• Develop marketing collaterals to drive brand visibility and engagement

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Business / Marketing or equivalent

• Min. 1 year of customer service and e-commerce operations experience

• Proficiency in graphic design or content creation is preferred

• Experience with Shopify, Salesforce, Live Chat, or other CRM/e-commerce tools is an advantage
