Your Daily Work revolves around:
Store Management - You will be assisting our Sales Managers and visiting existing stores to ensure that our retail setups are done to expectation, communicating with Store Managers on the expectations and deliverables.
Ordering/Issuing of Delivery Orders - Ordering/issuing of Delivery Orders accordingly to the store needs.
Planning of Driver/Merchandiser schedules - Overseeing and planning the delivery/restock/setup schedules for our team of Drivers and Merchandisers.
Planning/Checking of Planogram and Store Setup - Planogram planning, ensuring that our products are displayed accordingly to our Planograms and setups are done to expectation. There will be occasional store setups that you will be involved in as well.
What we require you to have:
Min Diploma in Operations/Business related field
3 years or more of proven experience in the field of operations planning or related field
Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
Strong time management, prioritization, planning, and organization skills
Ability to work with a cross functional team
Sophisticated level of Excel/PowerPoint/PC skills
Passion for the Games & Toys Industry will be a plus
