About the Role

We are a fast-growing group managing several well-known festive brands (CNY goodies, Christmas roasts, Hari Raya, mooncakes, Chinese seafood delivery, Western food delivery). We are looking for a hands-on, adaptable Operations & Marketing Executive who can support our year-round operations and take ownership during major festive seasons.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of operations, coordination, and marketing. You will work closely with our ops manager, marketing manager, kitchens, suppliers, marketers, and creators — ensuring smooth daily operations while driving exciting campaigns during CNY, Christmas, Hari Raya and Mid-Autumn.

Key Responsibilities

Operations (Peak Seasons and Daily Support)

  • Assist Operations Manager with admin tasks, planning, ordering, stock checks, and organising storage/space.

  • Coordinate with suppliers for deliveries, replenishment, and packaging.

  • Monitor inventory levels and perform periodic stock counts.

  • Ensure compliance with regulations and internal SOPs.

  • Handle customer service (WhatsApp, email, social platforms) with professionalism and empathy.

  • Pack orders and ensure part-time packers follow quality standards.

  • Book deliveries, track dispatches, troubleshoot delivery issues.

  • Support basic financial/admin tasks (budget monitoring, reporting).

  • Maintain cleanliness standards and coordinate maintenance when needed.

  • Source and coordinate manpower when required

Marketing Ops (Lull Seasons)

  • Coordinate deliveries and deliverables to influencers monthly, negotiate deliverables, manage collaborations.

  • Assist in very simple mobile phone video taking for our content creator

  • Support product launch campaigns, promotions, festive marketing activities.

  • Upload products on website whenever needed.

  • Liaise with factories/printers for packaging development: artwork submission, sample making, revisions, logistics, and bulk orders.

  • Work with the marketing team to execute new ideas and maintain brand consistency.


Seasonal Expectations

  • Nov–Feb: CNY goodies production, Christmas campaigns, turkey & crabs fulfilment

  • Feb–Mar: Hari Raya preparation

  • Jun–Sep: Mooncake operations

  • Lull periods: focus on marketing, packaging development, influencer relations, and supporting daily F&B operations of non-seasonal businesses


Requirements

  • Saavy with excel and use of computer and internet

  • Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and initiative

  • Comfortable with a mix of administration, physical tasks, customer service, and marketing

  • Able to work in fast-paced, seasonal peak periods

  • Good communication skills (written & spoken)

  • Ability to multitask and work independently

  • Experience in operations, e-commerce, F&B, or marketing is an advantage
