Operations Executive (Class 3)

Job Scope:

• Support daily operational activities across warehouse and office functions

• Operate a company vehicle when required to assist with deliveries

• Perform routine vehicle checks to ensure roadworthiness and compliance with safety standards

• Conduct inventory checks, stock arrangement, and ensure proper warehouse organization

• Assist in improving and maintaining efficient inventory handling processes

• Coordinate and arrange deliveries for FMCG and e-commerce orders

• Track delivery progress, resolve issues, and provide updates when necessary

Job Requirement:

• Entry level is welcomed, full training provided.

• Prior experience in operations, logistics, or warehouse environment is preferred

• Familiar with inventory management and warehouse processes
