Operations Assistant

【Key Responsibilities】

• Coordinate container loading and shipment schedules

• Support local e-commerce operations, including sourcing, store merchandising, order fulfillment, and dispatch

• Prepare import/export declarations and arrange shipping bookings

• Assist in accounting, finance, and payment reconciliation tasks

• Communicate with suppliers and procurement stakeholders to ensure smooth operation

【Requirements】

• Speak Chinese reqired

• Basic administrative skills (Excel / inventory system)

• Able to work independently and follow SOPs

• Forklift licence is an advantage (not compulsory)
