Operation Executive (Sales & Online E-Commerce)

Job Scope:

• Respond to sales enquires and process sales order.


• Execute day to day sales enquires and e-Commerce operation, sales and deliverables


• Manage, create and update website content and ensure accuracy of product descriptions, images and inventory etc.


• Liaise with inter-departments on product availabilities and order fulfilment


• Perform administrative tasks in handling order fulfilment, documentation, customer service and support


• Monitor and provide weekly and monthly reports of online sales and product performance


• Execute online marketing campaigns, promotions, and social media content.


• Capture, edit and publish photos and videos of products and services for marketing purposes.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in related discipline


• Preferably 3 years relevant working experience in e-Commerce retail sector


• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills


• Able to work independently and a good team player


• Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer skills


• Knowledge in digital marketing, SEO & SEM preferred


• Familiar with Photoshop and HTML added advantage


• Enjoy working in outdoor environment and love for nature and greenery
