Description
Inventory & Operation Management
• Maintain SKU master list
• Conduct cycle counts; reconcile discrepancies.
• Monitor reorder points, safety stock, lead times.
• Arrange warehouse space for new arrivals and seasonal shifts (racking, palletization).
• Oversee inbound receiving & outbound shipping coordination
• Resolve order issues (missing SKUs, wrong quantities) with suppliers and customers.
• Accurate data entry of purchase orders, invoices, and shipment receipts.
• Issue and reconcile credit notes; manage returns processing.
• Order stationery, office supplies, and other operational materials.
E‑Commerce Operations
• Oversee online platform inventory (restock, stock count, stock forecasting)
• Repley to online customers' enquiries.
• Sort out online returns.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Generate inventory turnover reports, back‑order summaries, and sales forecasts.
• Track KPIs: fill rate, stockout frequency, order accuracy, gross margin impact.
• Present insights to cross‑functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Logistics).
• Recommend automation or software upgrades; update Standard Operating Procedures. |
Required Skills & Competencies
• Strong quantitative skills; ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
• Forecasting & demand‑planning experience preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail; meticulous record‑keeping.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Customer‑service oriented mindset.
