Your role
Support Senior Operations & Finance Manager for Integrated Lens Technology, to assist on daily operations task.
Main Responsibilities:
Assist to follow up and Importation registration for Colombia, Vietnam, Singapore CFS, KSA, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and other countries when needed.
Assist in process /system flow improvement : D365 cost price set up for SG09 and SG10
Assist on Credit control, AR debt follow up with customers
Trade Mark follow up on renewal, total more than 100 marks for both ILT and ILA
Assist in updates and follow up some process flow in ILT QMS
Back up for customer services task when there is CS absent
Assist to follow and process CLO application from NPI team
Assist in matching manual costs in GRN with factory invoices
Assist in updating planning/forecast sales working file daily
Request from HQ Supply Chain, Logistic, Quality etc…
Any other Ad Hoc task as requested.
Handling Incoming shipment to SG,
Managing filling room - file finance documents etc
Assist in preparing PT monthly claim
Prepare product tech spec in ILT format
Marketing greeting to customer via marketing email
Main Requirements:
Minimum O’level with 1 year of working experience
Detailed oriented, able to handle multi tasks in timely manner.
Well organized and self motivated.
Able to commit 1year full time contract.
