Online Marketing Specialist

(Marketplace Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads)

We are looking for a results-driven Online Marketing Specialist with deep experience in performance advertising across Google Ads, Facebook( Meta), and e-commerce platforms similar to Shopee/Lazada/Amazon/Walmart .

This role is focused on ROAS, scalability, and fast execution. You will be working with large volumes of campaign data and are expected to take action quickly based on performance insights.

This is not an entry-level role. We are seeking someone who has hands-on experience managing multiple live campaigns and budgets simultaneously.


Key Responsibilities

Paid Advertising & Campaign Management

  • Plan, launch, and manage performance-driven campaigns on:

    • Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max)

    • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

    • Marketplace advertising platforms (Walmart preferred; Amazon experience a plus)

  • Manage multiple campaigns, ad groups, and creatives at scale

  • Optimize bids, budgets, keywords, audiences, and placements to maximize ROAS

  • Execute changes quickly based on real-time performance data

Data Analysis & Optimization

  • Analyze large volumes of campaign data daily to identify:

    • Scaling opportunities

    • Underperforming campaigns or creatives

    • Budget inefficiencies

  • Monitor key metrics including:

    • ROAS

    • CPA

    • Conversion rate

    • Spend efficiency

  • Take immediate, data-backed action (pause, scale, restructure, or test)

  • Build and maintain performance reports (Excel or platform dashboards)


Testing & Scaling

  • Launch and manage A/B tests for:

    • Creatives

    • Audiences

    • Keywords and targeting structures

  • Scale winning campaigns while controlling efficiency

  • Coordinate campaign timing with promotions and pricing changes

Cross-Platform Strategy

  • Align Google, Meta, and marketplace campaigns to avoid overlap and inefficiencies

  • Adapt strategies based on platform-specific algorithms and data signals

  • Understand how paid ads support organic ranking on marketplaces


Required Experience & Skills

  • Several years of hands-on experience managing paid ads with real budgets

  • Proven experience optimizing for ROAS, not just traffic or impressions

  • Strong experience with:

    • Google Ads

    • Facebook/Instagram Ads

    • At least one major marketplace ad platform (Walmart preferred)

  • Comfortable managing multiple campaigns at the same time

  • Highly analytical and confident working with large datasets

  • Fast executor — able to make decisions and implement changes quickly

  • Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting (required)

  • Independent, responsible, and results-focused
