About the Team:
We are looking for a data-driven and creative Online Marketing Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the engine behind our digital advertising efforts, bridging the gap between strategic planning and technical execution. You will manage campaigns across multiple platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok) and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness and conversion.
Job Description:
- Campaign Planning & Execution: Develop and execute online marketing plans focused on upper funnel and sales-driven objectives
- Performance Strategy: Align with the Regional Online Marketing team to implement high-impact performance ad strategies across Google, Meta, TikTok, and third-party platforms.
- Optimization: Conduct continuous A/B testing on ad copy, visuals, and targeting to maximize ROI and maintain operational efficiency.
- Operational Alignment: Work closely with the Ads Ops team to ensure all campaigns are running strictly according to timelines, budget allocations, and asset requirements.
- Cross-Channel Synergy: Coordinate with the social media team to amplify organic content performance through strategic paid boosts.
- Data Analysis: Track, monitor, and analyze digital marketing KPIs to provide actionable insights and weekly performance reports.
- Creative Collaboration: Liaise with Creative and Graphic Design teams to brief and produce high-performing ad assets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field
- Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or ad operations
- Proven proficiency in managing campaigns within Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and TikTok Ads Manager. Familiarity with 3rd party (3P) tracking platforms is a plus
