About the role
We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Multi-Brand E-Commerce Manager to oversee the performance and operations of several brand stores across key online platforms. This role is responsible for driving online revenue, ensuring consistent brand experiences, optimizing campaigns, and coordinating operations across multiple brand portfolios.
Key responsibilities
Lead and manage the e-commerce performance of multiple brands across all online platforms
Tailor strategies per brand while aligning to overarching company goals
Ensure each brand's voice, positioning, and customer experience is consistent and optimized online
Oversee day-to-day store operations for each brand across Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and direct-to-consumer websites
Ensure accurate and attractive product listings, updated stock availability, and competitive pricing strategies
Plan and execute promotional calendars for each brand in collaboration with marketing and sales teams
Manage campaign submissions, flash deals, vouchers, and platform-wide events
Monitor and analyze brand-specific KPIs to track sales performance and customer behavior
Prepare brand-wise monthly performance reports and improvement plans
Work closely with internal brand managers, graphic designers, content teams, and logistics coordinators
About you
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing e-commerce operations, preferably across multiple brands
Solid understanding of platform tools (e.g., Lazada/Shopee Seller Center, Shopify, TikTok Shop, Meta Ads Manager)
Strong data skills in Excel, Google Analytics, and/or platform reporting dashboards
Excellent project management, communication, and multitasking abilities
Experience managing a team or outsourced support preferred
Prior experience in a distributor, brand aggregator, or multi-brand retail environment is a plus
