Key Responsibilities
Reporting Tools: Build, automate, and update recurring performance reports using tools like Excel VBA, VB6 or Python via MS SQL database.
System Optimization: Design, test, and upgrade internal database workflows and information systems.
Technical Support: Assist end-users with troubleshooting ERP (U8 from Yonyou) and POS system (YS from Yonyou), e-commerce website.
Required Qualification and Skills
Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, macros) and data querying via SQL.
Proficiency in Excel VBA.
Strong attention to detail and high data accuracy.
Solid understanding of business processes and database structures.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills.
