Responsibilities:
Strengthen existing merchant partnerships by understanding their needs and guiding them towards the adoption and expansion of payment services.
Identify and engage potential merchants to introduce secure and seamless payment solutions.
Provide educational support to merchants regarding service offerings, assisting with onboarding, and ensuring confidence in usage.
Build and nurture long-lasting relationships, establishing the organization as a trusted partner in merchant success.
Collect and analyze merchant feedback to facilitate continuous improvement of services.
Represent the organization's values of customer-centricity in all interactions.
Requirements:
A relevant educational background (specific degree or equivalent experience).
Proven ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
Prior experience in sales, customer engagement, or account management is preferred.
A strong passion for utilizing technology to support business growth and payment innovation.
Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to changing environments.
Familiarity with the retail and food and beverage landscape in Singapore is advantageous.
