Description

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.


Job Description:



Key Responsibilities



  • - Assist in the end-to-end onboarding process for new merchants

  • - Coordinate with merchants to collect required documents and information

  • - Track onboarding progress and follow up on pending requirements

  • - Ensure accurate data entry and system setup for merchant accounts

  • - Support onboarding analysts in preparing merchants for go-live

  • - Respond to basic merchant inquiries related to onboarding requirements and status

  • - Maintain onboarding trackers, dashboards, and internal documentation

  • - Escalate issues or delays to the onboarding analyst or lead when needed

  • - Help improve onboarding checklists, templates, and workflows



Requirements:



Qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 0–2 years of experience in operations, coordination, or administrative roles

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and internal systems

  • Experience in e-commerce or marketplace platforms is a plus
