Merchant Acquisition Executive (Payment Solution) - Up $4000, Islandwide

RecruitFirst is hiring ! You will be outsourced to:

Job Details:
📍 Location: Island-wide merchants (must be willing to travel island wide to merchant sites for this role)

💰 Salary: Up to $4,000 per month (subject to experience)

 Additional attractive commission: $20-$50 per merchant onboarded (tier-base; subject to how many closure on what products)

 Additional Transport allowance of $250 per month (claim basis)

🕛 Working hours:  Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm


Job Scope:
• Pitch (conduct sales presentation & demo) and onboard merchants to adopt the payment solution

• Conduct simple setup and merchant training (implementation is straightforward)

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Training will be provided, first week of work is training before work deployment

Requirements:
✅ Keen to do sales, with strong interpersonal skills to influence SME owners
✅ Experience in field sales, telco, POS/payments, or gig merchant onboarding preferred, but not mandatory
