Key Responsibilities
Product & Trend Development
Conduct market research and analyse fashion/jewellery trends to support new product development.
Work closely with the design team to conceptualize and plan seasonal collections.Merchandising & Inventory
Develop and manage product assortments tailored to different retail channels (online, wholesale, pop-ups, and retail stores).
Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock turnover.
Oversee sourcing, usage, and replenishment of packing materials, ensuring consistency with brand image and cost efficiency.Sales & Performance
Prepare weekly and monthly merchandising reports, analyzing sales data to drive decision-making.
Partner with sales/marketing teams to align product launches with campaigns and promotions.Vendor & Supplier Coordination
Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and production teams to ensure timely product delivery.
Negotiate costs, lead times, and quality standards with vendors.Visual Merchandising & Brand Alignment
Ensure in-store and online product presentation aligns with brand image and seasonal stories.
Support pop-up stores, exhibitions, and promotional events with curated displays.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Marketing, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in merchandising, fashion retail, or luxury/jewellery industry (fresh graduates with strong passion are welcome to apply).
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets (knowledge of Shopify or retail systems is an advantage)
Experience or interest in sourcing, developing, and managing packing materials is an advantage.
Keen eye for detail, trends, and consumer behaviour.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
A proactive, creative, and results-driven team player.
