Working Days: Monday – Friday
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Work Arrangement: Must be willing to travel between both office locations (bi-weekly Kranji team huddles)

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Merchandiser to support buying execution, inventory planning, and product lifecycle management across retail and e-commerce channels.
Key Responsibilities
Support execution of buying plans based on collection reviews with designers and brands
Coordinate product orders, pricing confirmation, quantities, and delivery timelines with suppliers
Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and product availability across channels
Analyse sales performance, sell-through rates, and stock ageing for replenishment planning
Ensure timely product allocation to retail and e-commerce channels
Work closely with sales, operations, and logistics teams for smooth product rollout
Maintain accurate inventory and product data across systems and marketplaces
Support seasonal stock flow planning, promotions, and markdown strategies
Participate in discussions with designers/brands, focusing on execution rather than strategy
Requirements
Experience in merchandising (fashion / beauty preferred)
Candidates with FMCG / consumables experience (e.g. retail chains, toiletries, M&S-type brands) may also be considered
Understanding of:
Sell-through
Season cycles
OTB (Open-to-Buy)
Consignment models
Basic retail / e-commerce operations
Familiarity with marketplaces (added advantage):
Shopify
WooCommerce
Lazada / Shopee
