Description
This role leads the social media presence, digital campaigns, and influencer/KOL partnerships across the hotel and F&B portfolio. The individual will drive engagement, brand relevance, and revenue through compelling storytelling, performance-led digital marketing, and strategic collaborations.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Content
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies for hotel and F&B brands across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
Plan and manage monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns, promotions, and brand pillars
Oversee content creation including reels, posts, stories, and captions, ensuring consistency in brand tone and visual identity
Stay up to date with social trends, emerging formats, and platform best practices
Digital Marketing & Campaigns
Plan, execute, and manage paid digital campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok (where applicable)
Support key initiatives including festive campaigns, stay packages, F&B promotions, and events
Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimise campaigns to drive engagement and conversions
KOL, Influencer & Brand Partnerships
Identify, source, and manage relationships with KOLs, influencers, and brand partners
Handle outreach, negotiations, campaign deliverables, and post-campaign reporting
Build and maintain long-term partnerships to enhance brand visibility and reach
Coordinate hosted stays, dining experiences, and collaborative campaigns
Reporting & Insights
Track and analyse social and digital performance including reach, engagement, and conversions
Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations
Key Requirements
4–6 years of experience in social media and digital marketing (hospitality or F&B experience preferred)
Strong portfolio in content creation is highly valued
Solid understanding of influencer marketing and content trends (comfort in front of the camera is a plus)
Experience with analytics, paid media, and campaign optimisation
Creative, proactive, and trend-aware with strong communication skills
Able to support the day-to-day execution of multiple campaigns
