We are looking for a reliable and organised Marketing Support Executive to assist with day-to-day online operations, basic marketing support, and customer enquiries across our e-commerce platforms. This role is highly administrative in nature and is well-suited for fresh graduates or candidates at the early stage of their career who are keen to gain hands-on e-commerce experience.
Key Responsibilities
E-commerce Administration
Process and manage daily online orders across all e-commerce platforms
Ensure order information is accurate and follow up on basic order-related issues
Assist with routine e-commerce operational tasks as needed
Website Content Updates
Upload and update blog posts on the company website
Assist in updating product listings, including product descriptions, thumbnails, and images
Ensure website content is accurate, consistent, and up to date
Social Media Support
Assist in scheduling social media posts according to the content calendar
Support simple content preparation such as captions or visuals provided by the team
Customer Service & Chat Support
Respond to customer enquiries via email and live chat on e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopee, Lazada)
Provide basic product information, order status updates, and general assistance to customers
Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the relevant team member when required
Internal Coordination
Prepare simple internal memorandums for promotions, new product launches, and ad-hoc activities
Assist in ensuring internal teams are informed of ongoing campaigns and updates
Key Performance Indicator (KPI)
Maintain and improve chat response performance on Shopee and Lazada, including response time and responsiveness score, in line with platform standards
Ensure timely and professional replies to customer enquiries to support a positive customer experience and strong shop ratings
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in any discipline (Marketing, Business, or Communications is a plus)
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Comfortable with administrative and repetitive tasks
Basic written communication skills in English
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, WordPress) is an advantage but not required
Responsible, organised, and willing to learn
