The Opportunity

• We are looking for a Marketing Specialist
• The role will start out as a contract
• Candidates who are immediately available/ able to start work within short notice will be preferred

The Talent

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in marketing role, preferably in a Tech or Fintech company.
• A strong passion for brand storytelling and community engagement
• Proficiency in data management (Excel/Google Sheets) and the ability to organize complex information for reporting purposes.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality execution across consumer-facing channels.
• Experience in banking/finance industry and knowledge of consumer lending products will be a bonus.

Job Description

• Collaborate with key stakeholders and support teams (both internal and external) to craft impactful communications and engagement strategies that enhance user acquisition and build a positive brand image for our financial products.
• Spot new opportunities and take charge of designing and executing end-to-end campaigns and communications to drive business growth and meet key performance indicators.
• Produce high-quality content and materials that foster trust and loyalty in company's financial products, ensuring every piece supports our overall objectives.
• Oversee marketing performance reporting, ROI tracking, and campaign analysis for consumer initiatives, leveraging data to refine strategies and boost campaign effectiveness through a continuous test-and-learn approach.
• Coordinate seamlessly with creative, business, legal, compliance, and external partners; lead the execution of lending communications and campaigns with excellence.
