About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Marketing Operations Executive to support the execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, digital content, and operational coordination across our retail stores and online platforms.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both marketing and operations, thrives in a fast-paced F&B environment, and has strong attention to detail. You will work closely with internal teams, store operations, delivery partners, mall management, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth marketing execution and brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Campaign Operations
Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing promotions across retail stores and digital ordering platforms, including self-ordering kiosks, delivery apps, and e-commerce platforms.
Prepare and manage promotional mechanics, POS setup, pricing updates, and campaign assets across all sales channels.
Coordinate campaign timelines and ensure accurate implementation across stores.
Customer & Community Management
Manage customer enquiries across email and social media direct messaging platforms.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer feedback, enquiries, and corporate order requests.
Escalate operational or service-related issues where necessary and follow through to resolution.
Marketing Coordination & Support
Support the marketing team in scheduling and publishing content across social media platforms.
Assist in content preparation, campaign execution, and coordination with creative vendors or partners.
Maintain and update website and e-commerce content, including uploading promotional assets and product information.
Retail Marketing & Visual Merchandising
Coordinate the distribution and replenishment of marketing collaterals, merchandising materials, and POSM across stores.
Conduct regular checks to ensure stores maintain strong brand presentation and marketing visibility.
Monitor stock levels for merchandise, promotional materials, and visual merchandising supplies.
Reporting & Research
Generate and extract sales reports for campaign tracking and marketing analysis.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Maintain databases, campaign trackers, and business lead records.
Administrative & Vendor Coordination
Liaise with mall management, vendors, suppliers, and third-party partners on marketing-related matters.
Source for materials, request quotations, and coordinate procurement where required.
Support applications for licenses, permits, and other operational documentation.
Maintain and update marketing SOPs, product manuals, and internal documentation.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, marketing operations, retail/F&B operations, or project coordination preferred.
Experience in F&B, retail, or multi-outlet operations will be an advantage.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data and reporting.
Detail-oriented, hands-on, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Familiarity with social media platforms, e-commerce tools, and delivery platforms is a plus.
