About the role

Zion Aesthetics Pte Ltd is seeking a passionate and driven Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for leading our digital and search marketing efforts, with a focus on driving brand awareness and increasing customer acquisition for our innovative aesthetic services. Based in the heart of the Downtown Core Central Region, this role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the growth and success of our company.

What you'll be doing

1. Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to support the company's overall business objectives

2. Managing and optimising all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and website content

3. Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends

4. Creating and overseeing the production of engaging, high-quality digital content to attract and convert potential customers

5. Analysing marketing performance data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions

6. Staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing tools and technologies, and implementing new strategies as needed

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a digital marketing or marketing manager role, preferably within the beauty or healthcare industry

2. Proven track record of successfully planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels

3. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and website optimisation

4. Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret and apply marketing performance data

5. Creativity and innovation in developing engaging digital content and campaign ideas

6. Knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, and the ability to stay ahead of industry changes
