Description
We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead brand growth, campaign execution, and customer engagement across both online and offline channels. This role requires a strong balance of creativity and analytical thinking, with the ability to translate insights into effective, on-the-ground execution.
You will work closely with the Marketing Director on day-to-day marketing execution, while overseeing multiple brands within the portfolio. This role is highly hands-on, from planning campaigns to rolling them out across channels to ensuring each brand maintains a clear identity while driving measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Strategy & Execution
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (seasonal launches, anniversaries, promotions, new product drops) across multiple brands
Develop clear campaign frameworks (messaging, timelines, channel mix) and drive end-to-end rollout across all touchpoints
Work closely with operations to ensure strong, consistent in-store execution and alignment with marketing plans
2. Performance & Analytics
Track and analyse campaign performance (sales uplift, footfall, conversion, ROI) across channels
Extract actionable insights from key platforms (delivery apps, CRM, POS, e-commerce)
Continuously optimise campaigns based on data and performance trends
3. Brand & Content Management
Maintain consistency in brand voice, visuals, and positioning across multiple brands
Oversee marketing operations, graphic design and social media team to develop content across social media, in-store assets, and digital platforms
Ensure all outputs reflect a strong, premium yet accessible brand presence
4. Partnerships & Growth
Oversee social media team to manage collaborations with key partners (delivery platforms, KOLs, brand tie-ups)
Identify and execute growth opportunities across partnerships, new channels, and activations
Work with marketing operations team to drive performance on delivery and 3rd party e-commerce platforms through targeted campaigns
5. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Lead and manage the marketing team, agencies, and external vendors
Work closely with the Marketing Director on execution priorities and day-to-day marketing operations
Coordinate cross-functionally with operations, product, and leadership teams
Set clear KPIs and ensure accountability and timely delivery across all campaigns
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in F&B or related industry
Strong understanding of local consumer behaviour in Singapore, including dining habits, peak periods, and promotion responsiveness
Hands-on experience managing delivery platforms (e.g. GrabFood, FoodPanda, Oddle, etc), including campaign setup, optimisation, and performance tracking
Familiarity with 3rd party e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopee, Lazada,TikTok shop) including promotional mechanics, traffic drivers, and conversion strategies
Proven ability to analyse data across multiple channels (POS, delivery, e-commerce, social) and translate insights into actionable plans
Experience executing integrated online and offline campaigns
Prior experience leading a team and managing cross-functional stakeholders
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment
