About the role

Sunton Trading and Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. As Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's marketing strategy and initiatives across our operations in Raffles Place, Central Region. This is a full-time position, and you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that support our overall business objectives.

What you'll be doing

1. Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies and plans to promote the company's products and services

2. Managing the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising

3. Analysing market trends and customer insights to identify new opportunities and optimise marketing initiatives

4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience

5. Measuring and reporting on the performance of marketing activities, and making data-driven recommendations for improvement

6. Staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies, and implementing new approaches to enhance the company's marketing efforts

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the consulting or professional services industry

2. Strong understanding of integrated marketing strategies and experience in successful campaign execution

3. Proficient in data analysis and reporting to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities

4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

5. Adaptable and passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies

6. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
