Responsibilities
Lead and execute 360° marketing campaigns across digital, social, content, and offline channels
Drive digital marketing efforts including paid media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and website content management
Own social media strategy and content planning across multiple brand platforms
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, school centres, and external agency partners to deliver high-quality, on-brand campaigns
Monitor and report on campaign performance with actionable insights and recommendations
Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all touchpoints
Support the CMO in brand-building, parent engagement, and marketing innovation projects
Who We are Are Looking For
5–8 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally in a brand-side, or agency environment
Prior exposure to multi-brand marketing or the education sector is advantageous but not essential
Strong knowledge of digital and social media platforms, analytics, and content strategy
Able to manage multiple projects independently and efficiently after high-level direction
Excellent communicator, collaborator, and problem-solver with strong attention to detail
Passionate about impactful storytelling, customer engagement, and growing brands with purpose
