[Job Summary]
Our growing company is seeking to hire a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for supervising and organizing our marketing team. Other responsibilities are to develop and implement marketing plans to promote and enhance the visibility, reputation, and sales of the company's services.
[Responsibilities]
45% on Events, 45% on POS collateral and 10% on Branding
(1) Team Development and Performance
To manage and supervise a team of 3 x Marketing Executives so to execute the marketing initiatives.
(2) Marketing Strategy Development:
Collaborate with the management team (Operations Managers, Unit Managers, Chef/Cook) to formulate a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives.
(3) Product Promotion, Marketing Collateral and Local Store Materials:
Hands on development of marketing collaterals such as brochures, menus, flyers, and promotional materials. Ensure consistent branding, messaging, and high-quality design across all materials including works of the team.
(4) Campaign Planning and Execution:
Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, print media, and events. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign implementation.
(5) Operations Support for Events
Main Liaison for Client’s Ad Hoc events such as Dinner & Dance, VIP Luncheon, Anniversary Celebration etc. Prepare Proposal for such events, presentation to client and onsite execution.
[Requirements]
Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related.
Proven work experience as a Marketing Manager or a similar role in the F&B industry.
In-depth knowledge of the F&B industry, market trends, and consumer behavior.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and analytics tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Demonstrated creativity and ability to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, hand-on expertise in Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
