Key Responsibilities

 Strategic & Campaign Management

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.

  • Lead and manage marketing projects from conception to completion.

  • Collaborate with external agencies to implement SEO and paid marketing strategies.

  • Analyse marketing performance data to assess effectiveness and guide improvements.

  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure optimal allocation of resources.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies.

 Content Creation & Design

  • Oversee all content creation efforts including website copy, blog posts, email campaigns, and social media content.

  • Coordinate with designers to develop visually compelling marketing materials (e.g., flyers, brochures, banners).

  • Ensure all content and visuals align with brand identity and effectively communicate product benefits.

 Digital Marketing

  • Manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation and performance tracking.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimise user experience on digital platforms.

E-Commerce Management

  • Oversee and manage the company’s online store, including:

a)      Product listings and updates

b)     Inventory tracking and order fulfilment

c)      Sales campaigns and promotions

Stakeholder Communications

  • Maintain strong communication and relationships with key stakeholders such as investors, partners, and external agencies.

  • Support internal teams with materials for investor decks, product updates, and communications.

 Team & Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the kitchen team and food tech team to ensure marketing accurately reflects current product offerings and highlights the benefits of our dysphagia-friendly food products.

  • Assist with planning and execution of events such as trade shows, community outreach, and workshops.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing experience, including campaign management and team collaboration.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, email marketing tools).

  • Proven experience in measuring marketing performance and driving data-informed decisions.

  • Experience in sustainability marketing or strong interest in environmental and social impact strategies.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
