MARKETING MANAGER

Job Summary

Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote products and services, drive brand growth, and identify new business opportunities while managing campaigns, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase product and service visibility and market share


• Conduct market research to analyze customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform marketing decisions


• Plan, execute, and manage advertising, promotional, and digital marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives


• Manage social media platforms by creating and publishing engaging content that drives audience interaction


• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare detailed marketing reports to guide future initiatives


• Develop and strengthen the company’s brand image to enhance market positioning and customer loyalty


• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market analysis and stakeholder engagement


• Coordinate effectively with sales teams, customers, suppliers, and external partners to align marketing efforts


• Manage the marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources and maximize campaign ROI

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field


• Experience in marketing or business development roles demonstrating relevant skills and results


• Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing-related tools to support campaign planning and reporting


• Familiarity with digital marketing techniques and social media platforms to optimize online presence


• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills to facilitate teamwork and stakeholder management
