Marketing Manager
Salary: Up to $4,900
Contract: 6 months
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 6:30pm
Location: Central
Responsibilities:
Plan, lead, and execute digital and social media marketing strategies and campaigns to promote digital and physical content resources
Work closely with internal stakeholders to conceptualise, coordinate, and deliver marketing campaigns aligned with organisational objectives
Develop and oversee content creation (copy, visuals, videos), including managing external or internal creative inputs where required
Manage content calendars, campaign timelines, and cross‑platform distribution to maximise reach and engagement
Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and provide insights for optimisation and reporting
Stay updated on digital and social media trends to recommend new ideas and improve campaign effectiveness
Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing or social media campaign management
Experience in video content creation/editing and digital content development
Proficient in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent platforms
Strong communication skills, organised, and able to manage multiple projects independently
