Key Responsibilities:
Branding
Develop brands according to brand DNA, positioning, and audience
Ensure brand consistency across all channels
Work with creative team on content and campaigns
Strengthen brand awareness and positioning
Monitor market and competitor trends
Digital Marketing & E-commerce
Manage e-commerce performance across platforms
Plan and optimize Google, Meta, SEO, CRM, and digital campaigns
Monitor ROAS, CAC, traffic, and conversion
Improve website conversion and customer journey
Analyse results and optimize performance
Sales Growth
Drive online sales growth
Improve customer acquisition, repeat purchase, and AOV
Create and manage campaigns, launches, and promotions
Track performance and adjust strategies quickly
Coordinate with operations for smooth execution
Partnerships & Growth
Build strategic partnerships for growth
Develop collaborations with corporates, KOLs, gyms, wellness and lifestyle brands
Manage affiliate, referral, and social selling programs
Explore co-marketing and partnership opportunities
Track partnership performance and growth impact
Requirements
Experience in a fast-paced SME environment
Experience in e-commerce and digital marketing
Strong knowledge of Meta and Google Ads
Experience driving online sales growth
Familiar with social selling or live commerce
Analytical and data-driven mindset
Hands-on, proactive, and able to move fast
Experience in health, fitness, wellness, food, or subscription businesses
