Marketing Manager (OmniChannel)
GINLEE Studio
Description
We are a Singapore-based Fashion design brand creating fashion and lifestyle products with intention, craft, and confidence. We believe in thoughtful design, creative independence, and doing things with purpose — not noise.
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who wants more than just another role. Someone excited by the challenge of building a brand, growing demand across stores and digital, and helping a local design business scale with clarity and soul.
Role Purpose
The Marketing Manager is responsible for building demand, strengthening brand equity, and driving growth across retail and digital channels.
This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You will plan, create, launch, measure, and improve — owning how the brand is experienced, how traffic is generated, and how insights translate into commercial outcomes.
This role suits someone who is passionate about brand-building, values local design, and is comfortable charting new paths.
Key Responsibilities
A. Brand & Narrative Ownership
Own and protect brand voice, tone, and visual consistency across all channels
Translate collections and products into clear, compelling stories
Shape campaign narratives that connect design intent with customer relevance
Ensure strong brand coherence across touchpoints
Work with the Founder to evolve brand positioning over time
B. Omnichannel Demand Generation
Plan and execute omnichannel marketing across:
Retail stores
E-commerce
Social media
CRM (EDM, WhatsApp, loyalty)
Paid media and partnerships
Think by store and by channel, understanding different customer behaviours
Drive store footfall and qualified online traffic
Lead launch calendars, campaign moments, and promotional activations
C. Planning & Execution Excellence
Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with sales targets
Translate plans into clear execution roadmaps and timelines
Manage content calendars, campaign rollouts, and cross-team coordination
Brief and manage agencies, freelancers, photographers, stylists, and creators
Balance creativity with discipline — ideas must ship, not stall
D. Customer Intelligence & Performance
Own marketing performance tracking and insights:
Campaign ROI
Channel performance
Customer acquisition and retention trends
Build understanding of customer segments and lifecycle
Gather qualitative feedback from stores and customers
Share insights with Retail, Merchandising, and Design to improve decisions
Continuously refine strategies based on learning and data
What You’ll Bring
Experience & Skills
5–8 years of marketing experience in fashion, lifestyle, retail, or design-led brands
Proven omnichannel marketing experience (retail + digital)
Strong planning and execution skills — able to zoom out and zoom in
Experience working closely with retail teams and store realities
Comfortable managing multiple channels, timelines, and stakeholders
Strong storytelling, copywriting, and brand sensibility
Data-literate and commercially minded
Mindset & Traits
Passionate about building a brand, not just running campaigns
Genuine interest in local design and creative businesses
Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and comfortable with ambiguity
Willing to chart your own path and build systems where needed
Balances creativity with accountability
Curious, reflective, and always improving
