Role Overview
We are seeking a high-octane, growth-focused Marketing Manager to lead our brand into its next phase of expansion. As a marketer within the company, you will own the end-to-end marketing ecosystem, from high-level brand strategy and product launches to hands-on management of e-commerce platforms and physical events.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a "never-say-die" attitude who can balance creative storytelling with rigorous, data-driven performance scaling.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership & Team Management
Lead and mentor the internal marketing team across performance marketing, social media, and creative design.
Define and track key departmental KPIs, ensuring all activities align with monthly and yearly revenue targets.
2. E-commerce Operations & Optimization
- Channel Growth: Lead the strategic growth of our Shopee and Lazada stores.
- Data-Backed Ops: Manage the backend (stock, listings, store decoration) and use platform analytics to optimize conversion rates (CR) and average order value (AOV).
- Promo Logic: Design and execute promotional calendars. You will calculate the ROI of every voucher, bundle, and flash sale to ensure maximum profitability.
3. End-to-End Product & Brand Management
Product Launches: Own the entire lifecycle of new product launches, from initial concept and packaging design to go-to-market execution and final revenue outcomes.
Brand Narrative: Act as the guardian of the brand story; refine product USP, develop sales pitches, and ensure a cohesive "voice" across all consumer touchpoints.
Creative Oversight: Direct the generation of all design artwork, ensuring high-quality aesthetics for digital assets, social content, and physical packaging.
4. Offline Strategy & Event Management
Event Execution: Lead the strategy and execution for roadshows and pop-ups. This includes floor plan design, booth strategy, manpower planning (with Ops), and promotional mechanics (with Sales).
Partnership Management: Maintain and scale relationships with key vendors, retail partners (e.g., Tangs), and event organizers.
5. Influencer & Community Engagement
- Influencer Ecosystem: Build a robust influencer framework. You shortlist and engage partners based on engagement data and brand fit to co-create engaging content that will propel the brand forward.
- Content Performance: Create brand decks and briefs, then track the performance of every collaboration to refine who we work with and how we spend our budget.
6. Social Media & Engagement
Partner with the social media team to develop a content strategy that prioritizes community building, follower growth, and high organic engagement.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 6+ years in Marketing, with at least 2 to 3 years in a leadership role within the FMCG or E-commerce sector.
Technical Proficiency: Proven track record in managing Shopee/ Tiktok/ Lazada backends and working with Facebook/ Google Ads frameworks.
Operational Excellence: Strong project management skills; ability to juggle physical event logistics alongside digital campaign cycles.
Creative Eye: Ability to provide clear, actionable feedback on design and packaging to ensure brand alignment.
