Growth
- Translate marketing strategy into localised channel plans to consistently deliver monthly targets.
- Strengthen organic levers (SEO, CRM, social, partnerships) while diversifying acquisition channels.
- Drive rigorous testing and funnel optimisation to maximise ROAS and reduce CAC.
Brand Building
- Build brand recall through integrated campaigns across KOLs, content marketing, PR, CRM, and paid media.
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure consistent brand storytelling across all touchpoints.
Offline Marketing
- Lead offline initiatives (e.g., pop-up activations) to generate awareness and customer acquisition.
- Integrate offline experiences seamlessly with online campaigns to reinforce brand presence.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner closely with HQ and the global VP Marketing to align business and marketing objectives.
- Work with local Sales Ops, Partnerships, and Sales teams to ensure seamless execution across the funnel.
- Mentor and grow junior marketers, fostering a culture of ownership, data-driven decision-making, and creativity.
Analytics
- Monitor performance KPIs, consumer insights, and competitive benchmarks to guide marketing investments.
- Prepare and present marketing performance reports to leadership, highlighting risks, opportunities, and recommendations.
You're a fit for this role, if you:
- 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in high-growth consumer brands (FMCG, e-commerce, health/beauty).
- Proven track record in end-to-end integrated marketing planning and flawless execution, with a strong grasp of both online and offline activations.
- Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable with ambiguity, experimentation, and moving fast.
- Data-driven, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, both internally and externally.
- Experience leading a team is a plus.
