About the role
Kenzen Group of Companies is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing across our F&B portfolio, including Craftsmen Coffee, Prairie by Craftsmen, and Superitto. This is a hands-on role that blends strategy, brand building, and on-the-ground execution.
You’ll work closely with operations and leadership to grow sales, strengthen brand presence, and ensure consistent marketing across all customer touchpoints.
Key responsibilities
Strategy, Growth & Performance
• Plan and execute marketing strategies to drive sales growth and achieve business KPIs
• Develop and run targeted campaigns to increase customer engagement and revenue
• Track performance and translate insights into actionable improvements
Team & Department Management
• Lead and manage the marketing department, aligning team output with business objectives
• Guide, mentor, and oversee the execution of campaigns and daily marketing operations
Brand Development & Content
• Lead brand development and rebranding initiatives across multiple F&B concepts
• Ensure consistent brand identity, tone, and visual standards across digital and physical platforms
• Oversee social media strategy, content creation, and community management
Digital, E-commerce & Loyalty
• Manage and grow digital channels, including websites and social platforms
• Lead e-commerce initiatives, including online store launches and optimisation
• Manage digital loyalty programmes in partnership with platforms such as Liven
Events, Partnerships & Activations
• Plan and execute brand activations, collaborations, and events
• Liaise with corporate clients, partners, and KOLs to build long-term relationships
• Support and grow event-related revenue across brands
• Run a mobile coffee concept called Craftsmen-On-Wheels
Creative & Visual Production
• Oversee visual production including product photography, videos, and marketing collateral
• Ensure high-quality creative assets for websites, social media, packaging, menus, and in-store signage
Product & Concept Development
• Support and lead new product launches and marketing rollouts (e.g. specialty drinks, seasonal menus)
Operational Collaboration
• Work closely with operations teams to improve workflows, efficiency, and customer experience
• Ensure marketing initiatives are practical, executable, and aligned with outlet realities
Requirements
• 3–5+ years of marketing experience (F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle brands preferred)
• Strong understanding of brand, content, and digital marketing
• Proven ability to drive sales and engagement through campaigns
• Comfortable managing both strategy and hands-on execution
• Strong communication, organisation, and leadership skills
• Experience working with multiple brands is a plus
• Passion for food, coffee, and hospitality is highly valued
