Job Summary:

The Marketing Manager is responsible for building brand awareness, driving customer traffic, and increasing revenue through strategic campaigns tailored to dining experiences, products, and consumer trends.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Develop and maintain the brand identity (e.g., casual dining vs premium dining)

  • Ensure consistent messaging across outlets, menus, and campaigns

  • Position the brand against competitors in the F&B market

2. Marketing Campaigns & Promotions

  • Plan and execute seasonal promotions (e.g., festive menus, happy hours)

  • Launch new product campaigns (new dishes, beverages, limited-time offers)

  • Coordinate online + offline campaigns (ads, in-store displays, events)

3. Digital Marketing & Social Media

  • Manage social platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook

  • Create content (food photography, videos, promotions)

  • Work with influencers and food bloggers

  • Monitor engagement and optimize campaigns

4. Menu & Product Marketing

  • Collaborate with chefs on menu development

  • Price positioning and packaging strategy

  • Highlight best-selling or signature dishes

5. Market Research & Analysis

  • Study customer preferences and dining trends

  • Analyze competitors and pricing strategies

  • Track campaign performance (ROI, sales uplift, footfall)

6. Partnerships & Collaborations

  • Work with delivery platforms like Grab or foodpanda

  • Partner with brands, events, or influencers

  • Organize co-branding or pop-up events

7. Outlet-Level Marketing Support

  • Support individual branches with localized promotions

  • Ensure visual merchandising (posters, menus, signage)

  • Drive foot traffic during off-peak hours

8. Budgeting & Performance Tracking

  • Allocate marketing budgets effectively

  • Monitor cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS)

  • Adjust strategies based on performance data


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

  • 2-3 years of marketing experience; experience in F&B, retail, or hospitality is an advantage.

  • Creativity + strong understanding of food trends

  • Digital marketing (SEO, ads, social media)

  • Data analysis and reporting

  • Communication and stakeholder management
