We are scaling quickly and looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to drive growth across all digital channels.
The Role
We are looking for a Marketing Manager who can own and execute full-funnel marketing strategies to drive leads, conversions, and revenue growth.
This is a high-impact, execution-heavy role in a fast-paced environment. You will manage campaigns, lead a small team, and work closely with creative, performance marketing, SEO, and tech teams.

What You’ll Do
Lead and manage a small marketing team (executives and interns)
Own full-funnel marketing strategy (lead generation, conversion, retention)
Execute campaigns across paid, organic, content, SEO, email, Public Relations, and webinars
Run and optimize ads across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
Work closely with creative and performance teams to improve campaign results
Manage social media content strategy and execution
Analyse campaign performance and optimise for ROI, leads, and conversions
Test and scale new marketing channels and growth opportunities
Manage monthly marketing budgets effectively
What We’re Looking For
4–5 years of experience in digital or performance marketing
Experience leading or supervising a small team
Strong knowledge of:
Paid ads (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube)
SEO and content marketing
Email marketing and CRM funnels
Conversion optimisation and digital funnels
Experience managing multi-channel campaigns end-to-end
Strong analytical mindset and comfortable working with data
Fast learner, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Strong ownership and accountability
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
