The Opportunity
As our Marketing Manager, you will define and execute marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and patient engagement. You will lead a small creative team, manage multi-channel campaigns, and collaborate with internal stakeholders across various teams.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Stewardship
Shape and strengthen the organisation’s brand direction
Ensure marketing initiatives reflect brand vision, business priorities, and industry trends
Leadership of Marketing Projects & Team
Oversee multiple marketing projects from planning to execution
Mentor and guide a team across content, video, creative design, web development areas
End-to-End Campaign Development
Conceptualise and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and patient education channels
Enhance brand awareness and patient engagement
Cross-Departmental Alignment
Partner with various departments to ensure marketing initiatives support organisational goals
External Relations & Partnerships
Build and maintain relationships with working professionals, community organisations, and industry partners to strengthen brand credibility
Consumer Insights & Market Intelligence
Conduct research on consumer behaviour, market trends, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategy
Budget Oversight & Performance Optimisation
Manage marketing budgets and resource allocation
Track performance metrics and optimise campaigns for ROI
What We Are Looking For
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field
5 - 10 years of experience in marketing
Strong leadership skills with experience managing small teams
Excellent communication, creative, and analytical skills
Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics
