Description
Our client is seeking a Customer Life Cycle Management [Marketing Manager - Individual contributor role] to transform how customers are acquired, activated, retained, and deepened.
This role will design and lead initiatives that grow the customer base, reduce attrition, and unlock sustainable cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities — directly influencing both top‑line and bottom‑line results.
This is a contract role for 6 months.
Responsibilities:
Orchestrate customer journeys across acquisition, activation, retention, and relationship deepening.
Design and execute campaigns end‑to‑end: from conceptualization, approvals, implementation, and post‑launch reviews.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, tech, operations, and distribution teams to map campaign mechanics and ensure seamless execution.
Champion collaboration across marketing, communications, analytics, digital, and automation teams.
Represent the Customer & Digital team, partnering with distribution, product, and retail banking functions.
Embed performance discipline to ensure measurable impact and accountability.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
Minimum of 4 years of relevant in Marketing Campaign or relevant background
Proven experience designing and executing segment‑specific campaigns.
Ability to conceptualize campaigns and translate them into clear documentation for implementation and approval.
Skilled in campaign financials — able to build and translate projections into Excel.
Strong background in analytics, marketing automation, and customer experience strategy.
Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
