Description
We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager who is comfortable executing from concept to delivery at scale in B2B channels. With responsibility for marketing some of the worlds most famous food brands to the foodservice and hospitality markets, this role is the champion of our content creation, digital channel management.
You will also have responsibility for the product marketing for some of the key categories and brands. The ideal candidate enjoys doing the work personally, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is confident working closely with chefs and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1) Social Media, Website & Content Execution
Manage day-to-day social media channels, including planning, posting, and optimization
Create content from scratch, including:
Short-form videos (basic filming, editing, captions)
Static posts, stories, and campaign assets
Hands-on execution is critical — this role requires personally creating and publishing content
TikTok experience is a strong advantage, especially trend-based and short-form video content
Manage and update the company website, ensuring content is current, accurate, and aligned with marketing priorities
Coordinate with chefs and internal teams to capture content, product stories, and behind-the-scenes moments
Track and review digital performance metrics (engagement, reach, traffic) and adjust content accordingly
2) Product & Category Marketing
Contribute and participates actively to assign category’s planning sessions
Plan and implement marketing activations to support category growth and commercial objectives
Translate product features and culinary applications into clear, compelling marketing messages
Work closely with chefs and culinary teams. Need to have flexibility, and strong communication skills
Manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely execution
Review and analyse campaign effectiveness, using data and insights to improve future activities

Requirements
Proven marketing experience, preferably within the food, FMCG, or F&B industry
Hands-on content creation experience is mandatory, including basic video production and editing
Experience managing social media platforms and website content
Comfortable working closely with chefs or culinary professionals
Ability to balance creativity with execution and analysis
Nice to Have
Experience with TikTok or short-form video platforms
E-commerce or online sales platform experience, including supporting campaigns or content for digital sales
Experience supporting multiple brands or categories simultaneously
