About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead our marketing function across multiple brands. This role is responsible for driving brand growth, lead generation, and measurable ROI while managing internal team members and external agencies.
You should be equally comfortable setting strategy, analysing numbers, and executing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
Develop and manage annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing calendars
Translate business goals into clear marketing strategies and campaigns
Plan and execute brand launches, promotions, events, and retention campaigns
Team Leadership
Lead, coach, and manage marketing team members
Set KPIs, priorities, and timelines to ensure accountability and performance
Conduct weekly team check-ins and reporting reviews
Brand & Social Media
Define and oversee social media and branding direction for different brands
Ensure consistent brand voice, positioning, and visual identity
Oversee content planning, storytelling themes, and campaign messaging
Performance Marketing & Ads
Plan, execute, and optimise Facebook / Instagram ad campaigns
Monitor ad performance, cost per lead, conversion rates, and ROI
Manage ad budgets and optimise campaigns by ad set and creative
Work with Meta, TikTok, and Google teams for lead generation strategies
Reporting & Analytics
Track marketing performance across all channels
Prepare weekly performance reports for management
Prepare monthly marketing updates for outlet teams
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis
Influencer & Partnerships
Source, manage, and liaise with influencers for brand awareness and content creation
Plan and manage partnerships and collaborations
Track influencer performance and campaign effectiveness
Agency & Vendor Management
Liaise with external agencies and platform partners
Brief agencies clearly and manage timelines and deliverables
Monitor agency performance and cost efficiency
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with operations, sales, and outlet teams
Ensure marketing campaigns are aligned with on-ground execution
Support outlet teams with marketing materials and campaign clarity
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing
Proven experience running Facebook / Instagram ads with measurable ROI
Strong understanding of social media strategy and branding
Experience managing marketing team members and external agencies
Comfortable with numbers, reporting, and performance tracking
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience in beauty, wellness, aesthetics, or lifestyle brands is a plus
