Description

1.      Partnership Management

  • Support the functional lead, in partnership with internal stakeholders (Merchandising, Consumer Marketing, E-commerce etc) and external stakeholders like teams of brand partners (Marketing, commercial etc) across beauty category, to deliver marketing plans in order to achieve the Company’s functional investment goals annually.

  • Conceptualize, consult and implement marketing campaigns to help our brand partners grow their market share within Shilla

  • Be the go-to person for internal stakeholders and external stakeholders (from beauty brand partners, Changi Airport teams to external partners etc) on suitable marketing strategies, in order to achieve business and marketing campaign objectives for all parties, on a win-win-win basis

 

2.      Function-led Campaigns & Changi 1st Outposts

  • Support execution of 2 x function led campaigns

  • Support in execution of brand Changi 1st outposts

 

3.      Campaign Management

  • Manage execution of brand marketing and promotion plans with various beauty brand partners, not limited to online, offline in-stores or omni-channel

  • Brainstorm, coordinate and finalize campaign plans from conceptualization to execution with the partner to ensure success of each brand campaign.

  • Ensure smooth execution of brand campaigns with external stakeholders from brand partners, Changi Airport, agencies, vendors and other internal Shilla departments

  • Collaborate with other marketing functions to ensure marketing deliverables for each campaign is fulfilled across Shilla or partner platforms.

  • Report, track and form data submission of campaign marketing results and return of investment (ROI) for both external and internal stakeholders

  • Permit application for airport pass entry, photography permit and/ or police protection services, as and when required.

 

4.      Manage Promotion Plans

  • Support management with tracking of in-store promotion assets and spaces, mainly for Shilla-led multi-brand campaigns

  • Ensure compliance on approvals, setup, and teardown of brand promotional built.

  • Conduct inspections and report, rectify as well as follow up on any issues with contractors, vendor or agencies on promotions.

  • Create and send promotion memos to relevant stakeholders to ensure communication and smooth execution

  • Assist internal stakeholders on updating of various trackers tied to promotions

  • Compliance reporting for finance -approvals and administration for investment related billings and declaration of all product gifting

 

Any other ad-hoc duties/projects as per assigned within the function.


Requirement:

  • Diploma in Business/ Marketing with minimum 3 years of related work experience

  • Competent to articulate business discussions as a leader in Marketing

  • Candidates with past marketing experience or who worked in a agency is preferred

  • Ability to lead projects towards success

  • Meticulous, good initiative, dependable, and team player

  • High proficiency in organizational skills and productive time management

  • Good interpersonal, coordination & communication skills

  • Strong sense of commitment and urgency to meet deadline

  • High Proficiency in MS Office
