About the role
As Marketing Manager, you will take full ownership of AMACHA's brand voice, content strategy, and marketing campaigns across our outlets, retail products, and digital channels. This is a high-ownership, hands-on role for someone who enjoys leading by doing — with a clear path to build and lead your own team as the company scales.
Key responsibilities
Lead the monthly content calendar across TikTok, Instagram, RED, and Email
Script short-form videos and posts in line with brand tone and campaign themes
Work closely with marketing team on scheduling, caption writing, and idea research
Attend and direct photo/video shoots; coordinate with internal or external creatives
Step in to edit or review content using CapCut/Canva when needed
Plan and execute seasonal and product-specific campaigns (store launches, sachet line, gifting, etc.)
Collaborate with operations and product teams to align visuals, messaging, and launch timelines
Manage influencer outreach, Public Relation content, and event promotions
Track key content and campaign metrics (engagement, reach, conversion)
Create monthly reports with insights and recommendations for improvement
About you
3+ years of experience in marketing, content, or brand-building roles
A doer with a strong sense of storytelling and execution discipline
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth F&B environment
Confident scripting, reviewing, and directing content — not just overseeing it
Positive team player who can manage juniors while getting things done themselves
Bonus if you've worked in a startup, content agency, or early-stage brand
